This course will be conducted in two parts: a 90-minute online theory module and a 4.5 hour face-to-face practical taping session.

You will receive access to the online theory module one month before your scheduled face to face course.

  • An introduction to kinesiology taping
  • How it works
  • Principles of application
  • Research overview

The face-to-face component will be entirely practical.

  • Regional taping - individual muscles and joints
  • Oedema taping
  • Taping to cue posture/position

Unlike other methods, RockTape’s taping protocol is based on an ‘open-source’ philosophy - we don’t believe there’s only one right way to tape.  This approach to taping integrates concepts from all other methods and provides a framework for the practitioner to determine the best approach for them and their clients using their own clinical reasoning.  By teaching a framework of kinesiology taping - concepts not recipes, it’s much easier for attendees to apply clinically to their customer group – i.e., lower limb, upper limb, pediatric, geriatric, neuro, musculoskeletal, equine, canine, etc.

Attendees Receive

  1. a copy of the presentation slides
  2. plenty of RockTape to use during the course and
  3. two rolls of RockTape to take home and practice your new skills later.
  4. a certificate on completion for CPD purposes
