Description: Running injuries are a nuisance for all of us- the therapists and the runners.  This short course will give you some ideas for dealing with seven common running injuries using the tools in our RockTape arsenal. Whether you are a therapist or a keen runner, this course will give you some tips and tricks to keep the usual running niggles at bay.

The course looks at managing the following injuries:

  • Plantar fascia pain
  • Achilles pain
  • Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome, a.k.a. shin splints
  • Anterior knee pain
  • ITB pain
  • Upper hamstring tendonopathy
  • Greater Trochanter Pain Syndrome

Treatment ideas include taping, as well as the use of the Blades, Floss bands and Pods.  There are also some exercise options to get your rehab started.

The course runs for 1 hour 11 minutes, so is designed to be an introductory course, not a comprehensive look at any of the injuries covered.

We can provide a certificate of completion for CPD purposes, and we estimate that it takes 1.5 hours to complete the course.

After purchasing the online training, you will receive your login details within 24 hours of purchase.
