The RockFloss course is an online course that applies a more modern, manual therapy and pain science take on the use of floss bands. Floss bands have been used for many years as a warm up and mobility tool, but there is a huge scope for them to be used within patient rehab. There are many different ways to apply a floss band and this course outlines a number of different methods that can be used.

The recorded video you receive is 45 minutes in length.  However, the time taken to complete the content depends on how much time you spend practicing the applications in the videos practical segments.   We estimate the total time to complete the course is 1 hour, and that is the amount of time we put on the electronic certificates we send to customers on completion of the course.

3. Floss band techniques
4. Examples of use with different areas of the body
5. Using floss bands as a movement cue
